Come out of your building and walk across the street and you have the coolest cafe to access, Chapter One where you can simply enjoy reading a book or working all day from 10am to late.
If you want to try the largest and tastiest black pudding sausage roll Cafe 19 is just there for you.
You can either walk over to the shopping centres on Market street, Arndale, Debenhams, Primark or walk further along to Selfrides and Harvey Nichols on Deansgate.
If you are after the bars and cafes simply walk to Thomas street and Steven Square and there you are in the middle of the trendiest ones that are in the City Centre.
If you plan to watch Man united or even City play, the tram stop is 2 minutes walk to Market Street and within 10 minutes in either direction you are inside Old Trafford grounds or the Etihad Stadium. We are happy to look after both teams. They are both Manchester teams ( some may argue otherwise!)This a comfortable cozy place to stay, please do enjoy the location and the facilities.
This place appeals to businessmen and couples alike but who are happy to be in the middle of the action outside your apartment, even though your apartment and people staying here are always calm and polite!
The building is a Heritage Building Grade II listed and protected by the Trust for its Historic Value; whilst the apartments are of top modern quality due to the central location of the property and its proximity to Piccadilly Gardens it is recommended that light sleepers get earplugs with them.
