The property is equipped with state of the art chrome plated electric sockets with USB outlets, high speed internet connection and smart TV with many of your favourite channels.

This place appeals to businessmen and couples alike but who are happy to be in the middle of the action outside your apartment, even though your apartment and people staying here are always calm and polite!

Someone will always be at hand between 11am and 8pm. However, we are happy to assist out of hours and will always be ready to assist no matter how simple the request is. The building is fully monitored by CCTV and fully automated both offsite and onsite access for entry and exit via our state of the art digital locks.

The building is a Heritage Building Grade II listed and protected by the Trust for its Historic Value; whilst the apartments are of top modern quality due to the central location of the property and its proximity to Piccadilly Gardens it is recommended that light sleepers get earplugs with them.
